Written proposals specify materials, labor scope, and warranty terms. Work begins only upon signed agreement or verbal confirmation from the property owner.
2. Real Warranties & Workmanship Guarantee
Aztec Roofing Systems backs eligible complete installations with a 5-Year Water Tight Craftsmanship Warranty and manufacturer product warranties ranging from 5 to 20 years. Warranty specifics depend on the system installed (e.g. TPO single-ply, shingle tear-off, or elastomeric coating). Warranties exclude damage resulting from extreme weather events beyond manufacturer ratings, unauthorized third-party modifications, or structural foundation movement.
3. Storm & Hail Insurance Claims
Our team provides expert assistance documenting storm and hail damage and can meet with your insurance adjuster on-site. The final claim determination and deductible remain the responsibility of the property owner according to Missouri state regulations.
4. Safety, Cleanliness & Property Protection
We prioritize safety on every job site. Crews use tarps to protect landscaping, cover open roof areas overnight to keep properties watertight, and perform thorough magnetic nail sweeps upon project completion.
